Hahaha...yes Gnorb, a smile is always a good thing. I like reading full feeds. Always makes me want to read the blog more that is. Especially if people put in backlinks to their blog on their posts.

That's the thing about Google Reader I didn't like - endless scrolling. I like to have boundaries and limits when I read my feeds. I want to know that I've finished reading all the 10 new updates that came out for that blog....only. Not 10 updates and the old posts and have to click on something else to tell me I've already read them.

That's what I hated about Google Reader. Unless they change that, I'm not going back.

You know, for me the big feature is the scrolling. I don't have to click on a story title to see it, I can just keep scrolling, seemingly forever, allowing me to scan a ton of sites at once without having to do much of anything after initial setup.

Originally I had intended on narrowing down the number of feeds. The odd part is that now that I'm using Google Reader, I have a ton more feeds, and because it's so easy to scan through them all, I can read more in less time. It's funny, I've been using it for only a few days, but now anything else I use pales in comparison.

Edit: Wait, I TOTALLY didn't understand that first paragraph. Wow. (One of the dangers of doing this first thing in the morning.)

As for the feed, yes, updated WP gave a full feed. Huzzah, and all that good stuff. (Are you fearing me yet? 'Cause I'm pretty scary.) I need to get used to the new backend, however. I sort of liked it better how they had it before, particularly the posting page, which had most of the relevant info on the side, and the Save button and "Published/Draft" menu where it's supposed to be. Also, "Save and Continue Editing" is gone, and that makes me a sad panda. Now I have to start looking for themes for the backend.

Haha, when I saw your feed going full, that put a smile on my face to read that.

I still can't get used to Google Reader though. I'm just so used to Bloglines even though it doesn't update as fast as Google Reader.
