On August 16, 2006 I was offered an almost-new ’06 Toyota Camry LE — 5,340 miles on it — for $17,125. Fully Toyota Certified, with 7 year/100,000 mile power-traine waranty, 3 year/36,000 bumper-to-bumper waranty.
And I had to turn it down.
Damn.
For some perspective…

For the record, the one below that was offered to me at $16,125. Lots of negotiating. Almost got what I wanted. But I couldn’t justify breaking my budgetted amount.
I think I’m gonna be sick.
No worries man.
There will be other better cars.
This will not be the last one you buy.
Yeah, but you know… passing up a great deal is always painful, especially when you know you could have capitalized on it. Alas, I’ve gotten a “new” (to me) car. I’ll cover it in detail later, but see my MySpace blog entry for an overview.
Special sidenote.
Just arrived back in Gainesville.
Don’t want to be here.
In the town…in this apartment….just really dont…
Wow. I don’t think I’d ever seen… read… heard… whatever you that down on a place. Homesickness or something other?
