First of all the U.S. ranks below Jamaica. Jamaica is a police-state that has assassinated journalists for writing articles exposing human rights abuses against gays & lesbians in Jamaica. And what exactly is free press? and how free should it be? A few of the countries on the top of that list think "kiddie porn" is freedom of the press.
